To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.

Had a couple bad pain days this week, but I’ve seen enough improvement with the leg that I was going to set up the long-delayed shrine and finish some last minute stuff with the Toys of Dionysos course over the weekend.

And then tonight I broke a fucking tooth.

When I did the divination for the year this really isn’t what I thought February held in store.

 I can’t even manage inarticulate screaming.

The tooth is broken so badly I’m probably going to have to have it extracted which will be pricey – especially on top of the medical bills for my leg, which I’ve only managed to collect half of so far.

After all the successful fund-raisers I’ve run for others, I guess I need to do one for myself now, as much as it shames me to reach out and ask for assistance like this.
