A while back I mentioned that a large part of my leadership method involved listening. As anyone who has visited the Boukoleon or our Facebook page can attest, the thiasos of the Starry Bull is currently thriving – but there is always room for improvement. So I’d like to hear from you guys. I put together this list of twelve simple questions that will give me a better sense of where to take the group over the next year.
